    In addition, the slowed digesting process leaves a lot of undigested food in the system. This undigested food’s glucose turns to fat and is stored in your body. This process generates an increase in insulin levels in the body, which causes a spike in blood sugar levels and can lead to diabetes and obesity. While it is critical to stay hydrated and drink at least two litres of water per day, you must also ensure that you consume the wonder liquid at the appropriate time.
