Is it possible to get married without having a boyfriend or girlfriend?

Is it really possible to get married without dating someone or having a boyfriend or girlfriend?
Often times I have heard many claimed that they didn’t keep a boyfriend or girlfriend or even dated someone before getting married.
How possible is this?

  My dear, lets be sincere with ourselves, it is impossible.
  Those who are saying that are religion bigots and hypocrite. Ask them how they meet their partner and watch as they try to confuse themselves.
  Before you marry someone you must know that person. Which means you must date the person (automatically that person becomes your gf or bf)
