Why do people blame women for infertility?

Why do people blame women for infertility?  Why do male doctors continue to blame women for infertility issues? Do women instinctively blame themselves for their infertility? Or is it possible that invasive and sophisticated reproductive procedures for women are extremely profitable for those who do them?

As the number of people experiencing infertility continues to climb, these are questions that need to be answered right away.

To the outside world, Femi’s life appears to be idyllic. A father figure to his wife’s six-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, and he is happily married to an attractive medical doctor with a comfortable home and a secure business.

Femi’s life, however, has a gaping hole in it: his four-year-old wife was still not pregnant after two years of marriage, and it’s all because of his low sperm count. He is a victim of a covert pandemic of male infertility, which is spreading at an alarming rate and affecting thousands of seemingly healthy young men. At least one out of every ten couples today requires medical assistance in order to have a child, with poor sperm quality accounting for half of the cases.

So why is the blame of infertility laid on women most of the time?

its a societal norm that has been passed unto us by our ancestors because of ignorance. God alone gives children and the obliviousness of this fact has caused many of our forefathers to resort to fetishness that haunts their generations in time come

the real problem is ignorance and lack of education and awareness… if they had all these they would have understood that it is the male that is much more responsible as the female when it comes to fertility issues..

thats the life of an average woman, since the times of Adam and Eve, we have always been blamed for either the downfall for every indiscipline man or the fall of mankind in Gods presence in general..

It shows a height of ignorance when people continue to blame women for infertility. Because of this, men nowadays will insist on getting a lady pregnant before they can get married. This is so sad.

It is a men’s world. So, let them continue to blame women for infertility. The most annoying part of it is that those men who have low sperm count will take a lead in the campaign against women.
