Certain foods can make nutritionists cringe. Even thinking of them getting within a hair of your lips will cause panic; if not a scolding “don’t you realize how horrible it is for you?”
While a nutritionist’s reaction may appear exaggerated, the truth is that they are not “genuine” foods. They’ve been subjected to extensive modern processing and are full of man-made components, rendering them so unrecognizable from their natural state that your body doesn’t know what to do with them.
An enormous body of scientific research shows that eating these items on a regular basis causes a toxic build-up that wreaks havoc on your health.
To be honest, there are some things that we should avoid or consume only in moderation for the benefit of our health and longevity. Obesity, diabetes, and heart disease, three of the world’s most lethal diseases, have all increased in recent years as our intake of these foods has climbed.
