    1. Smoking

Smoking is especially hazardous for people who already have high blood pressure because high blood pressure contributes to artery damage. Stop doing this because it puts you at risk for other diseases. Sedentary way of life

    2. Sedentary way of life

This sickness can be caused by staying in one place for an extended period of time and engaging in physical activity. Inadequate physical activity can lead to other health problems that increase the risk of it. Obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes are examples of these health conditions.

Regular physical activity can reduce your risk of having a stroke. Make an effort to exercise every day, even if it is only for a few minutes.

    3. Alcohol consumption

Most people are at risk of having a stroke if they consume alcohol excessively. Too much alcohol can cause liver damage, which prevents the liver from producing substances that aid in blood clotting. This can increase your chances of having a stroke caused by brain bleeding.
