What Is The Best Habit You Have Picked Up From Someone Else?
Let’s start by defining habits. Habits are the small decisions and actions you take on a daily basis. What you do repeatedly (i.e., what you spend time thinking about and doing every day) shapes the person you are, the beliefs you hold, and the personality you project.
Brushing my teeth with my left hand is the best habit I’ve ever picked up from another person, being right-handed is a fantastic experience.
Try it for a week and you’ll notice a huge difference. It’s nothing more than opening up a new dimension in your brain, bringing you closer to ambidexterity. I felt awestruck and clumsy at first, but now I can brush my teeth, wash dishes, write, and do other things with my left hand!
You’d be surprised how useful this habit is; it’ll come in handy if you break something (bones for example).
