    When it comes to the issue of staying healthy, what do you do? Do you prefer taking expensive supplements, or eating good foods?

    Supplements may be helpful for people who are unable to get enough nutrients. The fresh food you eat is loaded with nutrients necessary for good health. But taking too much can actually harm you.

    We are of the opinion that consuming foods that are rich in nutrient is vital for good health and your overall well-being. Not only do they boost your immune system but they also contain a compound that aids body healing, reduce inflammation and can destroy harmful bacteria.

    Below are foods you should eat regularly to stay healthy.

    1. Apple

    Eating apple has been linked to a lower risk of many major diseases, such as diabetes and cancer. It’s soluble fibre content may enhance weight loss and gut health.

    2. Oatmeal

    Consuming oatmeal is vastly essential for keeping cholesterol in check and also helps prevent heart disease.

    3. Fish

    The vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids in fish have significant health benefits. The vitamin B12 found in fish is important for the growth of healthy red blood cells, production of DNA, and nerve function.

    4. Carrot

    Carrots are rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants. These antioxidants are nutrients that help the body remove free radicals, unstable molecules that can lead to cell damage if too much build-up in the body

    5. Beans

    Beans are a great source of fibre that protects you against heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and digestive illness.

    6. Watermelon

    Watermelon contains water, this makes it hydrating and helps you feel full.

    If staying healthy doesn’t only require you to take supplements, eating good foods can help you too.
