Semi-senior/Senior
The role of a Semi-senior associate is to manage and coordinate all the associates to ensure the delivery of quality service on an engagement. The Semi-senior Associate must be able to communicate effectively with the client and provide quality financial data to support client’s business decision.
Key Competencies and Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Banking and Finance or any other related social science discipline.
• ICAN or ACCA Certification.
• 2-4/5 years of related experience in accounting, finance, or tax consulting.
• Proven knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proven knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Proven financial analytical skills.
• Proven experience in budgeting
• Proven experience in financial reporting
• Proven experience in financial forecasting
• Proficiency in the use of Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms PowerPoint.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines with minimal supervision.
