Abramovich set to join Chelsea at the Bridge after sorting out Visa issues after 3 years
During a rare journey to London, Roman Abramovich will pay a visit to Chelsea. Since experiencing visa complications in 2018, the owner of Stamford Bridge has not been seen in the capital. A spokeswoman revealed that he recently visited a family in the United Kingdom.
During his visit, the rich Russian industrialist is anticipated to visit Chelsea’s Cobham training ground or stadium, despite the fact that Chelsea’s next home match is against Malmo in the Champions League on October 20.
Since having troubles with his entrepreneurial visa three years ago, Abramovich has not been seen in London. He did, however, attend the Blues’ victories in the Europa League final in Baku in 2019 and the Champions League final in Porto in May.
Abramovich’s spokeswoman also acknowledged that he travelled to London as an Israeli citizen, allowing him to enter the country without a visa.
