Today, October 12, British Monarch Queen Elizabeth II arrived at Westminster Abbey with a walking stick for support as she attended a service of gratitude to commemorate the Royal British Legion’s centenary.
As she stepped out of a car in London this morning, the 95-year-old monarch was accompanied by her daughter, Princess Anne.
Despite her advanced age, the Queen rarely uses a walking stick; the last time she did so was in 2003, following knee surgery.
