PSG Offers Lionel Messi £22million Luxury Homes
Paris Saint-Germain is ensuring Lionel Messi has a nice existence in his new hometown of Paris following his move to the French giants.
Messi signed a two-year contract with PSG that will keep him at the club until 2023, ending a two-decade history with the Blaugrana due to the club’s inability to register his new contract with authorities.
Messi is yet to make his debut for the new club, though he has been practising with the rest of his teammates, PSG has provided him two luxurious homes in which he can live with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and their three sons – Thiago, Mateo, and Ciro.
According to the Mirror, the family is presently residing in the city’s five-star, £17,000-per-night Le Royal Monceau hotel – and while the surroundings are extremely opulent, it is not realistic for them to stay there indefinitely.
They are now given the option of two luxury apartments in Paris, each costing somewhat more than £22 million.
Prospective houses’ luxurious amenities include swimming pools, individualized gyms, and plenty of room.
PSG has won all of their League 1 matches this season, and their next game is against Reims on August 29. Messi is anticipated to make his debut in that encounter at the Stade Auguste-Delaune II if Pochettino starts him.
Messi retired from Barcelona following a 20-year career in which he won the UEFA Champions League, La Liga, and the Ballon D’Or six times.
