My Fiancee doesn’t know about my mental issues

Good evening everyone, to shorten a long tale short, my mental health problems began in 2012 when I experimented with marijuana at university. It’s not a genetic condition. I’ve also spent a lot of time in and out of psychiatric hospitals. However, I’m on medicine now and have been able to control my illness.

I was also able to graduate and complete my NYSC, and my family is preparing to create a small business for me as a result of the lack of employment opportunities.

My health issue, on the other hand, has been kept a secret by me and my family, and I’m currently dating a lovely woman. Should I tell her my secret, please?

Most of my incidents were caused by my failure to take my medication and other such things, but I’m doing OK now and have been going about my regular activities without incident for a few years. If I let the cat out of the bag, I don’t think she’ll stay since mental health stigma isn’t funny.

Please advise me on how to approach this delicate situation. Thanks
