Spain Striker Morata Reveals His Family Threatened During Euro 2020 (FULL DETAILS)
Alvaro Morata, a forward for Spain, has claimed that he and his family have been assaulted during Euro 2020.
The 28-year-old Juventus midfielder claimed that he had been harassed on social media.
In the Spanish city of Seville, he said, his wife and children were shouted at.
“People have said things like, ‘I wish your kids perish.’
“I want people to put themselves in my place and imagine what it’s like to have threats made against my family,” he told Cadena Cope.
“My wife and children arrived at the Seville stadium with Morata jerseys on the backs of their shirts, and people were yelling at them.
“It’s a difficult situation.
People booing me for missing opportunities is understandable, but there’s a limit.
