EXPOSED: EASY WAYS TO CONQUER COVID-19
We are currently fighting an unknown and unseeing enemy. We don’t know how close it is to us but we know it exists killing several thousands of people around the World.
With Covid-19 showing no signs of slowing down, it is no surprise that boosting up your immune system is one of the most important things you can do right now. While there is no full-proof medication or vaccine to cure Covid-19 as of now, boosting one immune system with due diligence is important.
If you want to conquer Covid, make sure your body can destroy it even if you are exposed to it, please do the following:
Maintaining a Healthy & Balanced Diet
Fruits and Vegetables are your best friend. Be sure to consume enough of it.
Experts recommend at least 150minutes of exercise per week.
Maintain a healthy weight
A recommended BMI of 25 or lower. The previous 2 methods will help you achieve that.
Get quality sleep
Practice good sleeping hygiene, and make sure to have at least 6 – 10 hours of sleep, depending on your body needs.
Quit unhealthy habits
Actions like smoking, drugs or any other bodily harm substance can be bad to your immune system. Avoid these at all cost to maintain a steady amount of immunity defence.
Taking necessary procedure in daily routines
Habits like washing your hands and social distancing is a BIG MUST! We will never know where or when the virus will attack your body, so it is best to take the absolute best step in disciplinary actions. Prevention is better than cure.
Get hot water put drops of Eucalyptus oil(Silver Bird) into it, cover yourself with Cloths and get yourself warm with it while inhaling it, this will destroy the Virus it is in your system
