2. Shop Manager

a) Order Management
Relay customers’ orders.
Process customers’ orders and record them.

Ensure orders for dispatch matches customers’ requests.
Supervise the activities of the Sales Officers/Attendants in the shop.
Ensure they all act in an orderly manner and look presentable at all times.
e) Sales and Marketing
Occasionally market the company’s product to customers at different locations.

a) Relevant work experience in Sales or Customer Service.
b) Minimum of OND in accounting, business administration, or any related field.

Our Client, an Energy Infrastructure company, is in need of a multi-skilled and seasoned accountant with good PM/Admin skills and experience for a 12-month contract renewable (or possible conversion to a full-time role) in Lagos.
*The incumbent will be required to undertake the following core business operations activities:*
Create a robust bookkeeping system in order to generate accurate management accounts and financial statements – including closing some historical gaps
Excellent Mastery of setup, configuration, and use of online accounting systems including Quickbooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, Wave Accounting, or Freshbook is required.
The candidate will be expected to provide project management/accounting support to technical/field teams in project planning, execution, and reporting
