An Elderly Woman Advised Me To Go Into Yahoo Yahoo

In my area, there is an elderly woman whom I used to know well and whose children I also knew.

One thing I’ve observed is that whenever I wear something showy and well-dressed, people mistake me for a yahoo yahoo guy. I’m not sure why, but I either tell them I’m not a Yahoo boy or ignore them.

So, this morning as I was walking out the door, I spotted this woman and welcomed her; she responded by complimenting me and playfully referring to me as a Yahoo guy.

I made it obvious to her that I am not a Yahoo boy. That’s when she started telling me that Yahoo isn’t a horrible thing and that one of her children works for Yahoo.

She assured me that as long as there isn’t any blood involved, I’m good to go.

What do you think about this?

Gone are those days when elders used to give good pieces of advice to young ones that will mould their lives. I don’t know what is happening now. No wonder, we witness so many social vices spring up every day.

This is quite shocking coming from an elderly woman.
