    To help keep the liver healthy, some of the foods you need to consume regularly include;

    Grapefruit is best known for its ability to boost the immune system but studies have shown that it is also rich in antioxidants that provide incredible protective effects on the body. Consuming it regularly reduces the risk of liver inflammation and the risk for liver damage.

    6. Grapes

    Grapes are rich in antioxidants that help prevent liver disease and protect against varieties of cancer.

    7. Nuts

    Nuts are rich in good fats and antioxidants that are known for their protective effect on the heart. Over the years, its health benefits have also been linked to liver health.
