    sugar

Experts believe sugar is a leading cause of obesity and numerous chronic conditions, such as type 2 diabetes.

Here are 5 reasons why it’s bad for you to eat too much sugar.

    1. May Increase Your Risk of Heart Disease

A greater risk of many diseases including heart disease, the world’s leading cause of death, has resulted from the association of high sugar diets. Evidence suggests that high sugar diets can lead to obesity, inflame and high triglyceride levels, and blood sugar and blood pressure, all of which are cardiovascular risk factors. Furthermore, the consumption of over-sugar was linked with atherosclerosis, a disease characterized by fatty artery blockage depots, particularly from sugar-sweetened drinks.

    1. Has Been Linked to Acne

The high risk of developing acne was associated with a diet high in refined carbohydrates, including sugar foods and drinks.

High glycemic foods, like candies, increase your blood sugar faster than foods with a lower glycemic index.

Increased androgen secretion, oil production, and inflammation all of the sugar-based foods are rapidly spiking blood sugar and insulin levels and contribute to acne development.

    1. May Increase Your Risk of Cancer

Excessive consumption of sugar can increase your risk of some cancers.

First of all, a diet rich in sugar and drinks may result in obesity, which increases the risk of cancer significantly. In addition, high sucrose diets increase your body’s inflammation and may cause resistance to insulin, both of which increase the risk for cancer.

    1. Drains Your Energy

High in added sugar foods rapidly increase blood glucose and insulin levels, leading to energy growth.

But it is fleeting to increase energy levels. A brief energy boost, followed by a sharp drop in blood sugar, often referred to as a crash, is caused by-products that are loaded with sugar but lack proteins, fiber, or fat. Constant swings in blood sugar can lead to significant energy fluctuations.

Choose carbon sources that are small in additional sugar and high in fiber to avoid this energy drainage cycle. Pairing your blood sugar and energy

    1. May Increase Your Risk of Depression

While a healthy diet can help to improve your mood, and added sugar and processed food diet can help you become more likely to develop depression.

A greater risk of depression was associated with the consumption of a lot of processed foods such as high sugar products such as cakes and sugar drinks.
